2. Find My Home

Once you have found your home, lock in the lowest rate with us. Our Rate Lock Guarantee locks your rate in writing, regardless if/when rates rise.

4. Underwriting

We ensure the property and appraisal are acceptable and combine that info with your application. When completed we'll issue a commitment to lend.

1. Get Pre Approval

Call or click on Get Started to receive a free Pre-commitment. This helps you know exactly how much you can borrow, gain leverage with sellers, and close on your home quicker.

3. Appraisal

A third party provides an independent estimate of your potential home. With a Pre-Commitment we will pay for your appraisal costs at closing.

5. close on Property

Prior to closing, make sure we have received all requested documentation. You will sign all necessary documents to obtain legal title to own your new home.
